This is an amazing SNF. From the time we walked in, the front desk, the admissions director, nurses, aides, physical therapy, kitchen- everyone is so hands-on! They are so careful about complying with physician's orders.... Super caring! Recommend this facility highly!

I really like this place my dad is will taken care of. The nurses check up on him all the time. Dr and personal come and talk to family members. They let us know what’s the goal for my father could get better. Friendly and clean place everyone will answer your questions if not they let you know who has the answer to your question.

Dad said the nursing staff was very attentive during his stay. He was on a first name basis with all the staff. Everyone was courteous and helpful especially in the big things and even in the little things. THe Physical Therapy staff he said made thing " fun" and they got him back on his feet fast. As an RN I looked for different things. The staff was very professional, and really did things the right way, the way I would have done it for him. thanks to Chandler Post Acute and Rehabilitation I give you 2 thumbs up. Becky A. This is the second post acute facility I've been to in the past two weeks, and this is by far my favorite! The staff is wonderful and the food is simply awesome! I would absolutely recommend this place over any other acute rehab facility.

Chandler is a beautiful place with amazing staff full of energy and excitement. They always seem so friendly and willing to help with what we ask of them. Great attitude and enthusiasm is so neat to see in the nursing field. I appreciate all they do for the community!

My Grandfather was Chandler Post Acute for care after a mild stroke. I cannot express enough my gratitude to the staff for the kindness, professionalism, attention to detail that they displayed. His rehabilitation team went above and beyond to ensure he was ready to be released and that we were given direction to help his progress.

This place is wonderful. Staff is truly compassionate and seem to really care. I took my sister here for therapy after her surgery. This staff here helped my sister get back to where she needed to be physically. They did not let her give up and they did not release her from care until she was comfortable. The facility itself is beautiful and welcoming. All together a wonderful place.

My Mom stayed here for a few weeks after surgery. My Mother can be difficult at times, especially when dealing with pain and discomfort. The nursing and therapy team were very accommodating and helped my Mother enormously! Although her healing process was difficult, the staff at Chandler Post Acute and Rehab made her recovery as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Oh my gosh golly, the staff is amazing, its like they could sense when I need my meds. I stayed there for three months, the staff was so nice and helpful. Especially the head boss lady think her name was Jayme. Felt like a resort so nice. Made me feel like i wasn't even hurt anymore.

Getting hurt and needing help can be a very daunting experience. This rehab center took away all of my fears and made my stay very pleasant. I received quality care. Everyone was very polite and professional. I never had to ask for my medication, it was always brought to me on time. I can’t recommend this place enough. I am happy to be back home and enjoying my day to day life, but I do miss the friendly faces I was seeing there daily.

My Father was recently here, The transition from Hospital to Acute Rehab can be a huge change and scary for a family that has never been put in this situation. Lucky for my father and family the transition was smooth and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this facility to any family member or friends.

My father stayed here after surgey. He was here for about two weeks. The staff was real nice to me and my dad. It’s a nice facility unlike others I have toured. Hopefully we don’t have to do this again but if needed this is where my family will go. Therapy was amazing and the food is good too.

These people were the best things in the world for me they helped me very well and they were very nice and kind when they helped me and I think you're the best people in the world every time I need to have something done I need to come back and place like this I want to come back to the staff is great and everything is wonderful here and I think it's the best in the world thank you for having a place like this to come to you for help when you need it and I think it's great thank you Cassandra f e i e r s t e i is that okay

This place is amazing!! The staff is so friendly and was always available to answer my questions! I was amazed with how receptive they were and knew everything that was going on with my loved one. From the start, the admission team was great in getting us transferred to the facility. The nursing team greeted us right away! Medications came right away and didn't have to wait forever to get them. Therapy worked really hard with my loved one. Didn't have the regular nursing home smell, it smelt like home. I highly recommend this place for your loved one!!!!

I have had my father admitted multiple times here due to the great care he always receives. The facility is always clean, smells great and has friendly staff. They have helped my father recover from a knee replacement, hip replacement and a minor stroke. I would highly recommend Chandler Post Acute to anyone needing therapy by friendly staff in a clean environment.

Ok so here goes. My 80+ year old grandfather has been in this facility since he fell while living on his own. In many ways this facility has been a blessing. Other times...like the most recent incident. He is one of if not the only patient riding about in a scooter... It has started.causing us trouble by way of needing maintenance and his destruction of the halls and doorways. So appapparently my 88 yo gpa decides to accidently run his knee into a doorway and breaks his knee,right above the titanium knee that he had installed a while back.... see... an 88 yo man has alot stacked against him. So to find out that the artificial titanium knee he has been carrying around inside himself for 10 + years (how do i say something like this)...has fecal .after all throughout the device. They took the knee. Left him with no knee. His leg just flops around. Anyway... this last week. My 88 year old grandfather was leaning over to reach his comm button or the tv button and fell out of his bed breaking both bones directly above his"knees"... He's now back from the hospital and the stag is telling us that he is very lethargic and sleepy ever since he came back... This facility is AMAZING. I'm actually going there to ask for a position?

Beautiful facility, always clean, smells great and I love the fish tanks! Great care for my family and love the amenities they offer. Beautiful courtyard with a fountain that is so lovely to sit in and visit!! Highly recommended!

When one transitions from a hospital to rehab, it's difficult as you are used to immediate attention from the nursing staff. We have worked through 3 stays at this faculty with a loved one. While they aren't perfect, here is what they do well! 1. They have an incredible therapy department with up to date equipment and joyful therapists who push you and make you work to get better. 2. The food is good and they will adjust food to meet dietary requirements. 3. They will listen to your concerns and take action to make things better. We have had several incidents where things weren't as we hoped. They listened and made it right. Given no where is perfect, it's important that they listen and make improvements!
